Suite G (formerly Google Apps for Work) is a cloud computing platform easily adaptable to the size and structure of any business organization, administrative, educational and collaborative. Its flexibility allows for gradual implementation, according to the pace and time chosen by the customer.

We propose the following phases:

 

High Suite in G and domain management

High G Suite and links to a domain owned or newly created client.

 

Customisation Suite G

Inclusion of the corporate image platform.

Customizing url to access the various services.

 

Configuration Suite G

Setting up initial guidelines.

Initial configuration of applications and devices.

Initial allocation and management of administrative privileges.

 

Creating users and groups

25 Creating users.

Creating ten user groups.

Terms and cost planning

The tasks will be described for a half working day at the headquarters of the customer and will not affect the normal operation of the activity. Once completed, the cloud computing platform will be fully installed, with all services available and running in the absence of the minimum training required.

The anticipated total cost for this implementation is € 400 plus VAT.

This price does not include the cost of the license of Suite G, which is 4 euros per month per active user, with a 20% bonus for the first year. At any time, the client can add or remove users only pay for each active user. There is no commitment to stay, so that the customer may terminate the service completely at any time without cost.

This fee includes 4 euros 30 GB of online storage. There is also a fee of 8 euros per user per month, which includes unlimited storage (1TB per user if there are less than 5 users) and Google Vault for eDiscovery, and other additional features.

 

2 GENERAL INTRODUCTION TO USERS SUITE G

Presentation of the cloud computing platform and overview of its tools and possibilities.

There will be one session of about an hour, without cost.

 

3 PROGRESSIVE TRAINING IN THE TOOL SUITE G

Customer needs will determine the pace and sequence of the various training modules Suite G, which can be programmed in the following training events independent

- Management Suite G.

- Gmail email.

- Calendar: calendar and events.

- Drive documentation file.

- Docs word processor.

- Spreadsheets: spreadsheets, pivot tables, and data management.

- Forms: forms and surveys.

- Hangout: participatory video and live broadcasts.

- Groups: participation and debate.

- My Maps: geo information.

- Slides: Presentations.

- Sites: creation and management of public or restricted websites.

- Google+ network and participatory relationship.

- Fusion Tables: combination and manipulation of data.

- Development of protocols for information exchange.

- Vault audits and information protection.

- Management of mobile devices and corporate fixed.

- Marketplace: incorporation of third party applications.

- Scripts: programming specific functionalities.

Each training event will last three hours and will be planned in one or more editions tailored to the level of users at any time.

The cost of each training event is € 300 plus VAT.

 

4 G INTEGRATION SUITE IN CORPORATE STRUCTURE

The integration of each process or service Corporate Suite in G must follow these steps:

- Analysis of the process or service.

- Economic valuation of its integration and its deadlines.

- Development.

- Implementation of the service.

- Training.
